Dr. Gyrina’s dream began 22 years ago, when communism in the Soviet Union meant that a person’s status and connections are top priorities. There’s no benefit in starting a business other than to pursue a dream.
- As the wife of a Deputy Minister of Health, you’ve got connections and status. Why start a company that entails washing floors and cleaning test tubes?
- You are the Chief of the Cardiology Department at the top Medical University. You have respect, and a prestigious position. Your life is safe, your comfort guaranteed. Why risk your reputation?
- Everybody is paid the same, so making a successful company doesn’t mean higher status in the community.
- Really, this list could go on and on!
Back then, Dr. Gyrina envisioned a company that puts customers first, leads innovation, provides opportunities, and opens doors to families who have been told they have no options.
Today, Adonis Medical Group is becoming a world leader and it all began with a burning desire to make a difference when everyone said it was the craziest, stupidest idea ever.

Maria’s biggest passion is helping people be unstoppable, and problem of infertility is something she wants to see families be able to overcome.
It was over 10 years ago when one of her dear friends was exactly where you are right now, where she was making a decision to start another round of infertility treatments. She was feeling scared, angry, frustrated, miserable, hopeless. She was about to start a program that would put her and her family into a debt situation for many many years – and the odds of success were close to none. Luckily Maria and her friend were determined not to give up.
They were asking many questions, challenging the proposed solutions, dreaming of what if scenarios – what if there were alternatives to what is being offered here in the USA, what if the chances of success can be increased, what if her friend did not have to get a second mortgage on a house? Maria was lucky to find Adonis Medical Group in Kiev, Ukraine, because thanks to them Maria’s friend now has a wonderful 7-year old daughter.
Maria made it her mission to bring ADONIS to the United States, and so Adonis Fertility International became a USA headquarters of ADONIS Medical Group.
What she has done for her friend, transformed in how she is approaching every client that comes through Adonis Fertility International doors. She often talks to clients late into the night to comfort, encourage, and inspire them. Being a servant leader, is what she wants and does best.
The staff at Adonis are friendly and professional. They set up everything and walked us through every step. From receiving us at the airport, setting us up at an apartment, accompanying us for our first grocery shopping trip, to scheduling visits to the clinic and government departments, all were well planned. I simply cannot give higher praise to Adonis’ services.
We cannot say enough good things about Maria Feekes, the NA Executive Director, the company, and Adonis Medical Group in the Ukraine. In 38 years, we’ve tried, had 12 miscarriages, and spent all our money trying to have children. Maria worked with us and the clinic to make things affordable. She even came to the Ukraine with us to ensure everything ran smoothly, helped with documents, and helped to get our biological material shipped on time and without incident. She was amazing through all of it. I have not heard of anybody having the level of service we received from Adonis. We highly recommend them to to anybody hoping to achieve their dream of having a baby.”
We would not be able to afford surrogacy if it wasn’t for ADONIS. Both the United States and the Ukraine have phenomenal services, but in Ukraine, it is provided at a fraction of the cost. The first embryo implanted resulted in pregnancy, and now we have our beautiful 8-month-old daughter. ADONIS is a reputable company. The medical facilities and the doctors are on par with what you would expect in the US.
Our baby is our life. Our everything! I know you are juggling between many choices right now. All I can say is just speak to Adonis – include them in your possible options list. We did and never looked back. They have been a gift to us.
